Steve Welch's Canine Rehabilitation, Inc is a non-profit organization
dedicating to saving all breeds of dogs. Dog pounds across the nation are
considering becoming 'no-kill' pounds, but cannot fund this consideration.
This non-profit has a plan and a strategy for allowing local pounds to
become no-kill centers, while turning abandoned dogs into trained members
of the canine service community. At no additional cost to the tax-payer,
and potentially reducing existing expenses.
