Earthen Classes

Steve Welch and associates are teaming up with local artists/builder/animal lover Michael Patrick Leach to offer courses in "NATURAL BUILDINGS". This is an opportunity for all ages that explores the incredible possibilities of clay masonry. We will take a journey beyond dog kennels, beyond fences, beyond houses to world of sacred spaces limited only by the imagination. No special skills are necessary, just your hands and feet are required to dance this form of creation into your life. (Be prepared to have fun and get muddy!)

Campers will be exposed to a natural earthen friendly environment utilizing recycled materials. Campers will learn to be responsible to mother earth and other living entities while building bonds between family members and their animals.
