Dear Steve,
Thank you and your staff for the excellent training our Yellow Labrador Retriever, (Madison) received throughout her beginning and intermediate classes! Although she is an active puppy, she now obeys very well - both on and off leash. We continuously receive compliments whenever we take her out to public places.

Ken taught the last class of each of Madison's training sessions and stated we would be receiving certificates of completion shortly. As several weeks have passed since our completion without receiving any certificate, perhaps your staff has overlooked this matter.

I would like to have the certificates of completion for our records. The beginning class occurred from January 10, 1998 to February 14, 1998 and Madison received a passing grade of 85. The intermediate class occurred from February 21, 1998 to March 28, 1998 and Madison received a passing grade of 86. Ken should be able to confirm the completion and passing grades for each class, should your records be temporarily misplaced.

Again, thank you very much for teaching me and our puppy the skills of obedience.
