Driving Change in the Age of AI

AI is coming, and getting there before your competitors is a real advantage. Most organizations will not — not because the technology is hard, but because they cannot implement.

  • Why moving first on AI is a real advantage — and what it is actually an advantage in
  • The reason most organizations will not get there: they cannot implement
  • What else is driving change right now that has nothing to do with AI
  • Purpose, people, process — the capability that decides all of it
Fantastic keynote. We worked with Steve for several months to design it specifically for our audience — and it was a home run because of that prep work.

Booking

Questions organizers ask.

How do I book Steve Welch to speak at my event?
Send the details through the booking form on the contact page — date, city, audience, and what you need the session to accomplish. Inquiries go directly to Steve’s team, not to an agency. You are acknowledged immediately, and Steve reads every inquiry himself.
What does it cost to book Steve as a keynote speaker?
Engagements start at $20,000, and building the keynote for your room is included. The final fee depends on the date, location and format — travel outside North America is quoted separately. Share your budget range in the inquiry and you will get a straight answer rather than a negotiation.
What topics does Steve speak on?
Steve speaks about driving change through purpose, people, and process. Purpose — why value creation is the north star every stakeholder can rally behind. People — balancing diverse perspectives against functional expertise, and why the right team is the whole advantage. Process — quick iteration cycles and frameworks that let teams prioritize. Two keynotes stand on their own: Driving Change in the Age of AI, on why AI amplifies whatever system is already there, and Hyper Wellness, on the energy leaders need to drive change. Each has its own page, and every session is built for the audience in the room.
How long is a typical keynote?
Most are 45 to 60 minutes, with or without Q&A. Half-day workshops, executive team sessions, fireside chats, and moderated interviews are all available — the format is chosen to fit the outcome you need, not the other way around.
Does Steve travel internationally?
Yes. He has spoken to audiences on multiple continents and takes international engagements, with travel arranged as part of the agreement.
How far in advance should we book?
Three to six months is typical and leaves the most time to build the session for the room. Shorter timelines are worth asking about — dates open up, and a direct inquiry gets an answer the same week.
Is the keynote built for our audience?
Yes — every keynote is built for the room. Each engagement includes multiple working sessions with the organizers before the event, to understand the audience, the moment the organization is in, and what the room needs to do differently afterward. The framework stays consistent; the stories, examples, data and emphasis change with the room.
Is Steve available for podcasts and interviews?
He takes a selected number of podcast and media appearances. Use the same contact form and mention the show, the audience, and the format.

START WITH THE OUTCOME
